Privacy Policy

1. The short version

Nidra stores your email and the property values you enter. We use it only to show you your portfolio and send your weekly digest (if you opt in). We don't sell your data. You can delete everything anytime.

2. What we collect

• ·Email address (for sign-in and digest emails)
• ·Property data you enter: names, values, dates, appreciation rates
• ·Currency preferences and settings
• ·Basic usage data via Vercel Analytics (page views, no personal identifiers)

What we do NOT collect:

• ·Bank account data
• ·Real market valuations
• ·Location data
• ·Any data without your explicit input

The public demo stores everything in your own browser only — nothing you enter there reaches our servers until you create an account and choose to import it.

3. How your data is stored

• ·Database: Supabase (PostgreSQL, hosted on AWS ap-south-1 Mumbai)
• ·Encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest
• ·Row-level security: only you can access your own data
• ·Email delivery: Resend (resend.com)
• ·Hosting: Vercel (vercel.com)

4. How we use your data

• ·To show you your live portfolio dashboard
• ·To send your weekly digest email (only if opted in, unsubscribe anytime)
• ·To authenticate you via magic link
• ·We never use your data for advertising or share it with third parties beyond the infrastructure providers listed above

5. Your rights

• ·Access: everything you entered is visible in your dashboard
• ·Correction: edit any property or setting anytime
• ·Deletion: Settings → Delete Account removes your email, all properties, and all settings permanently and immediately
• ·Export: contact us and we'll send you a copy of your data

6. Data retention

Active account data is retained until you delete your account. After deletion, all data is removed within 24 hours. Digest send logs are retained for 30 days then deleted.

7. Future changes to ownership

If Nidra is acquired or sold, your data may transfer to the new owner under the same privacy protections described in this policy. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any such transfer, and you will have the option to delete your account before it occurs.
