Privacy Policy

When you create an account, Nidra stores your email address, property details, growth estimates, currency settings, and weekly email choice.

The demo stores your entries in this browser. Demo data reaches our database only if you create an account and choose to import it.

Nidra uses your information to sign you in, calculate your estimates, show your dashboard, import demo properties when you ask, and send a weekly email when you choose it.

Nidra does not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

Nidra uses Vercel Analytics to understand page visits and general product use. This service is designed to provide aggregated web analytics. Nidra does not send your property values or email address to analytics.

Supabase provides authentication and database services. Vercel hosts the website and provides analytics. Resend delivers account and weekly emails. These providers may process information where their systems operate.

Connections use HTTPS. Database access rules are intended to limit each signed in user to their own profile and properties. Service credentials stay on the server.

Account information stays in the service while your account is active. Digest delivery records may be kept to prevent duplicate messages and investigate delivery problems.

You can delete your account in Settings. This deletes your account, profile, properties, and related digest records from the active database. Demo information stored in your browser can be removed with Reset sample data or by clearing site data in your browser.

You can edit your properties and settings at any time. You can turn weekly emails off in Settings or through the confirmation link in an email. You can also ask for a copy of your information.
